Construction has been completed on the new Charter Senior Living at Oak Openings senior living community in Sylvania, Ohio.
The $8.6 million, 48,882-square-foot community, developed by EBS Sylvania LLC, offers 52 assisted living and memory care suites for residents.
The one-story community features amenities, including full-service kitchen, billiards room, bistro, fitness room, salon, spa room, living rooms, activity areas, as well as, exterior courtyards and patios.
The Douglas Co. is the general contractor and the architect is by M+A Architects .
