Quality Senior Living, through a newly formed entity, Platinum Senior Living (PSL), in partnership with LongueVue Capital along with Blake Management Group (BMG) will work to develop The Blake at Panama City Beach, a senior living community in Panama City Beach, Fla.
The new 120,000-square-foot, resort-style senior living community will feature 124 apartments in its assisted living and memory care community.
Assisted living residences include one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with options including a balcony or porch overlooking the courtyard. Memory care options include studio and deluxe studio residences.
Amenities include a full-service bar and lounge, a coffee & ice cream shop, salon & spa, a chapel, a theater room, activity rooms, landscaped courtyards with an outdoor fire pavilion, fountains and raised gardens, and a fitness center.
Arrive Architecture Group is providing architectural design. EBM Group will serve as general contractor.
The Blake at Panama City Beach is expected to open in late 2020.
