LifeCare Properties has partnered with Blake Management Group on a new assisted living and memory care community in San Antonio.
The Blake at New Braunfels, a resort-style, 93,000-square-foot, senior living community will be first Blake location to open in Texas.
The assisted living options include two-bedroom suites, one-bedroom suites and studios. The memory-support area of the community, focusing on Alzheimer’s and dementia care, will feature both studio and one-bedroom suites.
Construction is expected to be completed in fall 2020.
