Presidium has broken ground on Artistry at Edgestone in Frisco, Texas.
The 188-unit, 18-acre independent living community will feature freestanding independent living cottages. The development will consist of one three-story residential building with elevators and seven one-story bungalows with cottage units.
Amenities will include multipurpose clubrooms, resort-style swimming pool, fitness and wellness center, library and cyber lounge, media and game rooms, hair salon, arts and crafts center, pavilions, bocce ball court, walking trail, dog park, and a resident gardening area with shade structures.
The project, slated for completion in summer 2020, is pursuing certification from the National Green Building Standards.
