Construction is now 60 percent complete on Watercrest Newnan Assisted Living and Memory Care, a signature Watercrest community set on nine acres in Newnan, Ga., and developed by Watercrest Senior Living Group and Waypoint Residential.
The 92,000-square-foot, 107-unit, resort-style senior living community is scheduled to welcome residents in June 2019 and will offer 75 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments.
Amenities will include a wine bistro, promenade, pool, multiple dining venues, and children’s play space. The Market Street Plaza will showcase an “outdoor” streetscape with salon and spa, bakery, and post office.
