Phoenix Senior Living broke ground on its newest senior living community, The Phoenix at Braselton, in Flowery Branch, Ga.
According to the press release, the three-story, 208,293-square-foot community will provide 162 apartments which includes 90 independent living, 48 traditional assisted living, and 24 memory care units. The floor plan options include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
The Phoenix at Braselton will offer paved walking paths through the gardens, walking courtyards with covered patio areas, playground, and an infinity pool with poolside bar.
Additional amenities such as a bistro, piano lounge, full-service salon, pub, library, restaurant style dining rooms, outdoor dining, and fully equipped wellness center will be available to residents.
The senior living community is expected to open in 2020.
