Golden West Senior Living has selected OZ Architecture to design the renovations of the Towers at Golden West in Boulder, Colo.

According to a press release, the remodeling project will refresh three independent living and assisted living buildings with updated finishes. The main floor of the 100,000-square-foot Central Tower will see the biggest remodel, where offices and amenity spaces will be modernized. These spaces include the kitchen, large dining room and grab-and-go café; wellness center with physical therapy components; recreation room; library; and beauty salon.

Additionally, all of the windows will be replaced in the 13-story South Tower and on the four-story Mezzanine building. A new elevator will offer improved circulation, and a new main entry design will replace the existing canopy.

Construction is slated to begin in early 2019.
