Caddis is developing a 191,000-square-foot, 182-unit senior living community in Venice, Fla.
Heartis Venice will feature independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments. The three-story community will offer a wide variety of amenities, including a swimming pool; landscaped grounds with walking paths, seating areas, and pocket parks; a wellness center; beauty salon/barber shop; activity rooms; large, secured courtyards; multiple dining options; and more.
The new community will be managed by Solvere Living. The architect is Lantz-Boggio and the general contractor is Freese Johnson.
The new senior residence is expected to be completed in summer 2020.
