Plans include enhancing community spaces on the third, fourth, and fifth floors to create more user-friendly areas for art, meetings, and sports viewing.

The interconnected game room will be converted to a lounge with a club-like environment, while other campus-wide improvements include the addition of a medical clinic, spa and beauty salon, and remodel of the healthcare wing and commercial kitchen.

Several independent living cottages are being renovated to with new lighting, built-in catering bar and new heating and cooling systems.

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2019.
