Construction on a new affordable senior living community is set to begin in Plainfield, Ind.
Developed by Community Reinvestment Foundation, Glasswater Creek of Plainfield will be a four-story, 104,000-square-foot assisted living community offering 131 studios and one-bedroom apartments as well as a variety of common area amenities and fine dining for low-income seniors.
T&W Corp. is the general contractor. The community, which will be operated by Gardant Management Solutions, is expected to open in late 2019.
