Leisure Living Management recently broke ground on its $23 million Cascade Trails Senior Living development in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Located on an 18-acre campus, the new community will provide 54 independent living apartments, six townhome-style condominiums, and 44 apartments for assisted living and memory care.
Cascade Trails connects to miles of trails for hiking and biking and will offer a variety of amenities.
The senior living community is expected to open in 2020.
