Sterling Estates of West Cobb has kicked off construction on its latest project in Marietta, Ga.
The new Hampton residence will include 29 one- and two-bedroom apartments and a large clubhouse with a dining venue, The Club. The clubhouse will have indoor and outdoor seating and a bar for socializing. It will also include areas for art, sculpturing, and woodworking as well as a technology/media center.
Sterling Estates new memory care community, The Grande, is a single-story building with 36 resident suites which will feature a secure central interior therapeutic garden and courtyard.
The general contractor for the project is Brasfield & Gorrie and the architect is Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio.
