Spectrum Retirement Communities has received approval from the Village of Algonquin in Algonquin, Ill., for its new 30-acre site senior living community.
Algonquin Senior Living will feature 162 senior living residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot apartment homes.
The project is slated to break ground in spring 2019 and will offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, and transitional memory care.
