Arbor Terrace Mountainside, developed by Capitol Seniors Housing and managed by The Arbor Co., recently opened in Mountainside, N.J.
The $25 million, 68,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community has 79 residential suites.
The community, designed by Meyer Senior Living Studio, features the French Second Empire style of architecture.
Arbor Terrace Mountainside offers numerous amenities including a library, dining rooms, a movie theater, an activity room, a salon and spa, and a wellness and fitness room. Additionally, residents can enjoy the Garden Café and the Whiskey Tavern.
