Belmont Village Senior Living Achieves Major Construction Milestone

The 120,500-square-foot property in Chicago will feature 149 units for assisted living and memory care.

Belmont Village Senior Living marked a significant construction milestone with the topping out of its 120,500-square-foot, seven-story senior living community in Chicago, reports Illinois Real Estate Journal.

The contractor is W.E. O’Neil and the architect is Antunovich Associates. The community is expected to open in 2019and will offer 149 units for assisted living and memory care.
