Public, Private Partnership To Develop Affordable Senior Housing In Miami

Pinnacle Housing Group, Miami-Dade County, and the South Miami Heights Community Development Corp. have unveiled plans for an affordable senior housing project in Miami.

The public/private collaboration will develop the 123-unit community for seniors as part of a two-phased plan to develop transit-oriented affordable housing.

Caribbean Village will feature 85 one-bedroom residences, 38 two-bedroom residences, as well as amenities including a fitness center, game room, computer lounge, selected public art, and an outdoor recreation area.

Construction will be complete in the fall of 2019.
