Harbor’s Edge in Norfolk, Va., has unveiled plans to expand to its $140 million River Tower.
The project includes restaurants and common areas as well as the addition of 135 units.
Once the expansion is complete, the common areas of the existing building will undergo complete renovations.
Clark Nexsen is the architectural design firm and W.M. Jordan Co. is the general contractor.
