Radiant Senior Living has acquired The Renaissance, a 64-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
According to James Guffee, president and CEO of Radiant Senior Living, construction will begin immediately on a 16-unit expansion of the community, bringing the total size of the community to 80 units.
The new building is scheduled to be completed in February 2019.
