Lutheran Life Villages has selected MKM architecture + design for the design of Piper Trail, in Fort Wayne, Ind.
The 12-acre neighborhood for active adults age 55 and over will feature 48 single-family homes with the option of five different cottage styles, which include one-and-two-bedroom homes and attached garages. Walking and biking paths will connect the community to shopping, recreation, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Additional amenities include a nearby clubhouse featuring a bistro, gym and spaces so socialization. Piper Trail is expected to open in 2019
