Tessera of Brandon, a $28 million, 107,000-square-foot, multistory community, has opened in Brandon, Fla.
Developed by Pridgen Development LLC, the community includes 89 one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments and 49 memory care suites in a variety of floorplans, as well as a secured neighborhood for memory care residents.
The newly constructed assisted living and memory care community will be managed by Solvere Senior Living and features spacious community areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, a vaulted ceiling lobby, and landscaped courtyards.
Amenities also inlcude walking paths, gazebo, fire pit, art studio, bistro/bar, beauty and barber salon, fitness center, library, and a dog park.
