Silverstone Healthcare Co. is set to open HarborChase of the Park Cities in Dallas.
The eight-story, mid-rise assisted living and memory care community will feature 134 apartments. The second floor of the community will be dedicated specifically for memory care residents.
Amenities include multiple dining rooms, an activity center, conference rooms, and a wellness spa.
Project partners include BOKA Powell and The Beck Group.
