Benchmark Senior Living will open one of its new community, Whisper Woods at Smithtown, in spring.
The $25 million, 101-unit project, in Smithtown, N.Y., is in the final stages of construction. It will feature a three-story building on 12.6 acres with 71 assisted living and 30 memory care units.
Project partners include Moseley Architects, and EW Howell Construction Group.
