St. John’s on the Lake in Milwaukee will soon begin construction on a $123 million, 22-story expansion tower for assisted living and skilled nursing care, reports the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects and Blitch Knevel Architects, the project will feature approximately 170 units and is expected to be completed in 2020. The general contractor is VJS Construction.
