Construction Begins On Clarendale of Addison

The $45 million senior living project in Addison, Ill., will feature 188 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units as well as a variety of amenities.

Clarendale of Addison recently broke ground in Addison, Ill.

LCS, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, and Ryan Cos. US, Inc., in partnership, will develop, own, and manage the $45 million project which includes 188 units; 95 independent living, 55 assisted living, 38 memory care.

The community will offer amenities including restaurant-style dining, a bistro, pub and billiards room, wellness center, salon, movie room, living rooms, and a large community room. The property connects to a park, offering residents walking paths and scenic views.

The project also includes PFB Architects (architecture designer), Manhard Consulting (civil engineer), and Direct Supply Aptura (interior designer).
