Kingswood Senior Living Community in Kansas City, Mo., has completed its $34.7 million, 71,000-square-foot redesign and expansion project.
Spellman Brady & Co. lead the comprehensive interior design for the project. The work included new amenities such as an entrance, bistro, and auditorium; expanded wellness options; 11 new independent living villas; and 23 remodeled assisted living and memory care apartments.
Kingswood Senior Living Community is managed in partnership with Life Care Services, an LCS Company.
