Construction is now complete for the new memory care and assisted living community, The Retreat at Sunny Vista, on the Sunny Vista Colorado Springs campus in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The $18 million, 55,000-square-foot community, designed by Lantz-Boggio Architects, offers 38 assisted and 28 memory care apartments. Amenities include a therapy gym, full kitchen and dining room, community life gathering areas, three fireplaces, and a secure courtyard with outdoor patios and fire pit, a sensory garden, exercise stairs, and walking paths.
The construction manager/general contractor is Pinkard Construction Co. and Cappella Living Solutions will provide management and operation services.
