Dover Development and Cedarhurst Senior Living have selected Kadean Construction to build Cedarhurst of Blue Springs, a multi-unit, two-story senior living community in Blue Springs, Mo.
The $9 million, 61,007-square-foot project includes constructing wood-frame community that will offer 49 assisted living and 20 memory care apartments in all private suites.
It also includes various common areas, such as a kitchen and dining hall, physical therapy unit, entertainment areas, and other amenities.
The project is scheduled to be completed in November 2018.
