Bethany Village $42M Expansion Set To Begin Construction

Graceworks Lutheran Services is adding Crescent Crossings, a 74-unit assisted living building, to its Bethany Village property.

According to “Dayton Business Journal,” a 90,000-square-foot expansion of Bethany Village, located in Dayton, Ohio, will kick off July 11.

Graceworks Lutheran Services is adding a $42 million, 74-unit assisted living building, Crescent Crossings, to its Bethany Village property. The building will also include a theater, chapel, gathering spaces, coffee and snack bar, and fitness center.

c.c. Hodgson Architectural Group is the project’s architect, and Messer Construction Co. will serve as builder.
