According to “Star Tribune,” Oppidan Investment Co. recently acquired Highlands on Graham and Highlands at River Road, both located in St. Paul, Minn., and plans to rebrand both as Highlands of St. Paul. The investment firm also has several projects in the works, including Shorewood Landing Senior Living, located in Shorewood, Minn.; Prairie Winds Senior Living, located in Mankato, Minn. (slated to begin this summer); Prospect Park Senior Living, located in Prospect Park, Minn. (slated to begin in 2018); and Napa Senior Housing, located in Napa, Calif. (slated to begin this summer).
