Shepherd Health and Cobalt Seniors, a joint venture, have released plans to develop Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters in Pooler, Ga.
The 124-resident community with spa-like design will be built on approximately 10 acres.
Amenities will include gourmet farm-to-table food, fine wine storage, a full-service salon, a greenhouse and numerous gardening opportunities, private kitchens, animal therapy, walking trails and landscaping, and a tavern.
The community will be managed by Shepherd Senior Living, and will be located across the street from a private golf course community.
The property was purchased from Southwest Quadrant Development. The project team includes Erdman (architect); DeAngelis Diamond (contractor); and United Community Bank.
