Pecan Grove Opens On Highland Springs Campus

Pecan Grove, an independent living building, features 108 residences with nine floor plans highlighting open-concept designs in two-bedroom and extra-large one-bedroom homes.  </div><div> </div><div>Amenities include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Highland Springs, an Erickson Living retirement community, Highland Springs recently opened its newest expansion project on its 89-acre campus in Dallas. Pecan Grove, an independent living building, features 108 residences with nine floor plans highlighting open-concept designs in two-bedroom and extra-large one-bedroom homes.  
 
Amenities include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Screened-in porches and patios are options for a number of the residences. The residents also have access to underground parking, an exercise studio, and a restaurant with patio dining. There is a climate-controlled walkway connecting Pecan Grove to the main clubhouse of Highland Springs.  
 
JHP Architecture (Dallas) was the project architect, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. served as the general contractor.
