Robert Pfauth has joined Erdman as director of planning for continuum care. Pfauth has more than 30 years of experience, including programming, planning, feasibility analysis, design support and regulatory compliance across a large portfolio of projects focused on the creation of person-centered environments and planning for sernior living communities.
He is a former board member of the Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments (SAGE) and a member of the AIA Design for Aging Knowledge Community.
Previously, Pfauth had his own consulting practice, LifePLACE Designs, where as a design for aging specialist, he consulted with providers and designers engaged in repositioning, enhancing, and developing senior living facilities across the full continuum of care.
