Mainstreet Property Group (Carmel, Ind.) announced plans to build a $15.7 million skilled nursing community near Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Columbia, Mo., Columbia Daily Tribune reports. Construction is expected to begin next month.
The project includes a one-story 70-unit community with a kitchen and dining room, private dining room, rehabilitation gym, outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a movie theater, game room, spa and putting green, café and a pub.
According to the article, the company’s certificate of need application was approved in May by the state Health Facilities Review Committee.
