Construction is presently underway on Wendover Housing Partners' newest senior housing project, Kenwood Place.
The affordable senior apartment community in Tallahassee, Fla., will have 112 units with one, two, or three bedrooms.
Kenwood Place units feature a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, island, and pantry. The open floor plans also provide storage space with walk-in and linen closets.
Amenities inlcude a resort-style pool, a clubhouse with fitness center, gathering room, and more.
Work began in spring 2016 and the first residents are expected to move in during February 2017.
