Two New Senior Living Projects Now Complete In Florida, Colorado

Providence One Partners LLC, recently completed construction on Providence Living at Stuart (Stuart, Fla.). Amenities include restaurants, spa and exercise rooms, a resort-style pool, and a shaded Tai Chi court.

The 108,000-square-foot, two-story building includes 68 assisted living units and 32 memory care suites. The project was designed by Baker Barrios and constructed with F.M. Harvey Construction. The landscape architect was Innovations Design Group.

MorningStar at Ridgegate (Lone Tree, Colo.), owned by MorningStar Senior Living, has completed construction work on one-, three-, and five-story interconnected wings. The 250,000-square-foot project consists of 124 independent living units, 71 assisted living units, and 29 memory care suites. The project was designed by Lantz Boggio Architects, built by Haselden Construction and developed in conjunction with Jirsa Hedrick Structural Engineers.
