Civitas Senior Living has unveiled plans to develop a new senior housing community in Midlothian, Texas.
The tree-lined community, Legacy Oaks at Midlothian, will feature 90 independent living residences, 54 assisted living and memory care apartments, and 12 cottage-style homes.
In addition, it will offer resort-style amenities such as landscaped courtyards in a walkable community, a large community pool, flexible outdoor entertainment spaces, a covered outdoor patio, a multi-function theater on campus, an on-site dog park, clubhouse, and game and activity rooms.
Legacy Oaks will also have various dining options including an outdoor patio, private dining room, and an on-campus bistro.
The project is being constructed by Trepex Construction and is expected to be completed by spring 2018.
