Manor At West Greenville Celebrates With Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

<p><a href="https://www.tgha.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Greenville Housing Authority</a> celebrated its open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Manor at West Greenville in Greenville, S.C.</p><p><span style="line-height: 20.4px;">The new $7.2 million dollar community is the first of three developments, designed to provide long-term affordability and housing for low and moderate income seniors in the community. It has 55 units with spacious and modern apartments in a secure environment. There are 42 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom units.</span></p>

The Greenville Housing Authority celebrated its open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Manor at West Greenville in Greenville, S.C.

The new $7.2 million dollar community is the first of three developments, designed to provide long-term affordability and housing for low and moderate income seniors in the community. It has 55 units with spacious and modern apartments in a secure environment. There are 42 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom units.

Amenities include a community room with a fully equipped kitchen, computer room, beauty center with spa services, library, entertainment room, and gazebo.

Project team members include Douglas, Schaumber and Tapestry Development; the West Greenville Neighborhood Association; the city of Greenville; the US Department of Housing and Urban Development; the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority; and Boston Financial Investment Management.
