Nathan Adelson Hospice, a non-profit hospice in Nevada, has entered into an agreement to acquire Las Vegas Solari Hospice Care, an end-of-life health care organization owned by HealthCare Partners Nevada, LLC.
The hospice center offers outpatient hospice care and an inpatient unit, which includes 12 private bedrooms, a family gathering room, and a quiet room for meditation and reflection.
Nathan Adelson Hospice and Las Vegas Solari Hospice Care expect to finalize the deal by the end of September.
