Parc at Traditions in Bryan, Texas—a new senior living development located in the Traditions Club community—is making progress on construction in advance of its scheduled spring 2017 opening. The project started construction this past November.
The initial phase of Parc at Traditions will include 159 senior living units featuring 91 independent living, 44 assisted living, and 24 memory care apartment homes. Amenities such as full-service fine and casual dining, wellness and aquatics programs, a variety of indoor and outdoor living spaces, and more will be available to the residents.
Rogers-Obrien Construction is the project’s general contractor. Site preparation and extensive foundation systems are nearly complete, and the erection of vertical structure has begun. The architect is Three Living Architecture.
Parc at Traditions, a development of Parc Communities, is set in a 14-acre wooded site and is located adjacent to Texas A&M University’s 200-acre Health Science Center campus.
