Work on a new senior living community is set to begin in Des Moines, Iowa. The new project, Edencrest at Beaverdale, will be Hubbell Realty Co.'s third assisted living and memory care community.
Once the community is completed, operations and management will be taken over by Hubbell Realty Co.'s partner, Senior Housing Management.
Edencrest at Beaverdale Assisted Living and Memory Care community, will offer a variety of amenities including an in-house spa, exercise room, beauty/barber salon, and more.
The first phase will see construction of 30 assisted living and 30 memory care apartments. The proejct is expected to cost approximately $12 million.
