Steadfast Carpinteria Senior, LLC, (Irvine, Calif.) is converting a former office building into GranVida, a large-scale assisted living and memory care community in Carpinteria, Calif. A groundbreaking ceremony was held last month; GranVida is expected to open this winter.
The 52,000-square-foot community will house 55 assisted living apartments and 15 memory support suites, as well as common areas, activity and fitness rooms, private and main dining, a bistro, and an outside patio.
The community will be jointly managed by Steadfast and Seniority, Inc., a management, sales and consulting affiliate of ABHOW.
