New Perspective Senior Living West Fargo has broken ground on a new assisted living complex in West Fargo, N.D.
The 130,000-square-foot community will have 133 apartments offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. The units will range from large two-bedroom layouts to spacious studios.
The new community will be built in two stages. The memory care neighborhood, which will include 48 units, is expected to open in December 2016. The rest of the community will open in late February 2017 and the independent and assisted living portion of the complex will have 82 units.
Amenities will include a fitness and therapy center, a restaurant-style dining room, a sidewalk café-inspired bistro, a brain fitness center, and more.
Construction will be completed by Wenck Construction.
