Tutera Senior Living & Health Care has started construction on a new senior living and healthcare community in Kansas City, Mo., reports Multi-Housing News.
Tiffany Springs Senior Community will feature 300 units designed for different stages of senior care. It will offer independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation services and memory care.
The $65 million project on 14 is expected to be completed in 2017. The project team includes StudioSix5, Nearing Staats Prelogar & Jones Architects, Lutjen Inc., and Luke Draily Construction Co.
