Construction is well underway on The Enclave Senior Living at Saxony in Fishers, Ind.
Scheduled to open in fall 2017, the community is a project of Spectrum Retirement Communities. The four-story, 160,000-square-foot community will offer a full range of living options, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. It will also offer transitional memory care, which supports seniors with mild cognitive impairment while still offering a high level of independence.
The Enclave Senior Living four-story community will feature 160 residences, ranging in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot apartment homes. Amenities will include outdoor gardens, a fitness center, chef-prepared dining, Colors of Spectrum wellness programs, and entertainment activities.
Weis Builders is general contractor for the project with design by architectural firm GastingerWalker&.
