Solvere Senior Living recently broke ground on its new community, Homestead at Hamilton, in Hamilton, N.J.
Situated on a 21-acre site, the commmunity will provide 96 independent living apartments, 75 assisted living apartments, and 24 memory care apartments. Residences range in size from 450 to 1000 square feet and are designed for maximum living space and natural light.
Amenties include casual and formal dining, bar and lounge, fitness center and exercise studio, hair salon, spa, theater, convenience store, and more.
Solvere Senior Living and Pike Construction Co. LLC, co-developer and general contractor, are investing $59.1 million in the project
