Independent Healthcare Properties and Morning Pointe Senior Living have submitted plans for a new senior living campus in Spring Hill, Tenn.
The expansion, which will be part of a larger 140-acre active living community with a combination of residential and retail space, will also feature walking trails and designated areas for green space.
Morning Pointe of Spring Hill will offer a full array of assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care services with the ability to serve 80 assisted living residents and 52 in memory care.
The project team includes HFR Design Inc. (architect); Gamble Design Collaborative (site development planner); Kimley-Horn (civil engineer); and ETSB LLC (general contractor).
The development is expected to break ground late summer with construction estimated to last 12 months.
