Cascadia Healthcare Plans Two Transitional Care Communities in Idaho

<p><a href="http://www.cascadiahc.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cascadia Healthcare LLC</a>, an Eagle, Idaho-based skilled nursing operator and development company, plans to start construction on two transitional care communities this summer in Boise and Nampa, Idaho.</p><p>The rehabilitation and skilled nursing communities will house 99 beds and be divided into three buildings, with one housing 30 private rooms, another with 30 semi-private rooms, and another with activities and dining spaces, including nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor open therapy space.</p>
