Cascadia Healthcare LLC, an Eagle, Idaho-based skilled nursing operator and development company, plans to start construction on two transitional care communities this summer in Boise and Nampa, Idaho.
The rehabilitation and skilled nursing communities will house 99 beds and be divided into three buildings, with one housing 30 private rooms, another with 30 semi-private rooms, and another with activities and dining spaces, including nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor open therapy space.
