Brandywine Senior Living Breaks Ground On First Planned Community

<div><a href="http://www.brandycare.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brandywine Senior Living </a>will break ground in the Cameron Park development in Alexandria, Va, on the first of five senior living communities planned in the Washington metropolitan area. </div><div> </div><div>The community will consist of 116 suites on six stories with ground floor retail designed to complement the active lifestyle of the surrounding area.

Brandywine Senior Living will break ground in the Cameron Park development in Alexandria, Va, on the first of five senior living communities planned in the Washington metropolitan area. 
 
The community will consist of 116 suites on six stories with ground floor retail designed to complement the active lifestyle of the surrounding area. The suites will consist of studios and one- and two-bedrooms with luxury amenities. 
 
The Brandywine residence will be a part of the JBG Co.’s 722,000-square-foot Cameron Park development on Alexandria’s West End. 
 
In addition to the suites, the community will feature interior and exterior courtyards, therapy pool and gym, beauty salon, movie theatre, pub, outdoor patios, private dining rooms, and many other building features designed to enhance the quality of the resident experience.
