Clarendale of Algonquin in Algonquin, Ill., a new development on a 9.7-acre site, has reached a significant construction milestone and is now fully enclosed.
Designed by PFB Architects, the $40 million senior living community will include 76 independent living units, 56 assisted living units, and 54 memory care units, with a variety of configurations based on the type of care.
The community will have an array of interior and exterior amenities such as a movie theater room for regular movie nights, crafts room, bistro, pub and billiards room, club room and library, living rooms with fireplaces, vaulted multipurpose room, wellness center with a full-service salon, fitness room, and private patio and courtyard.
Clarendale of Algonquin is one of three Clarendale senior living communities from developer-builder Ryan Cos. and its project partners LCS and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. The community is being constructed by Ryan Cos., and will be managed by Life Care Services, An LCS Co.
The property is located near desired community amenities and services and has been designed to complement the surrounding established residential neighborhood.
