Omega Communities has revealed plans for its latest development in Stockbridge, Ga. Construction on the $45 million project called Lake Vista at Eagle's Landing, is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of this year on 10 acres.
The new development will be next door to Eagle's Landing First Baptist Church to provide affinity relationships for encouragement and support of the community's residents. The Stockbridge project should be completed in 12 to 14 months after construction begins in fall of this year with the goal of celebrating a grand opening by Christmas 2017.
Upscale amenities will include appointed suites and a courtyard, pool, library, beauty salon, exercise room, banquet hall, exploration room, nature trail, and a three-acre lake formed from a natural spring.
The company partners are Greenbrier Development, Greenbrier Senior Living, and three: living architecture. The Stockbridge development is one of four Omega communities planned in 2016. The others are in Fort Myers, Jacksonville, and Lady Lake, Fla.
